About
An evidence project, built in public.
I am building the Agentic Product Lifecycle Atlas as an independent reference for the people improving how teams adopt agentic AI — product operators, engineering leaders, design operators, platform engineers, and the security teams who have to make all of it safe to ship.
The atlas is grounded in real published material: talks, repositories, skills, tools, and case studies from people I trust. Where I cite someone, the link goes to their canonical source. Where I evaluate a tool, the rubric is documented and the confidence level is honest.
If you spot a gap, a wrong attribution, or a phase I have framed badly, send feedback. I revise.
What I do
I advise CEOs, founders, and product or engineering leaders on adopting agentic AI — what's worth building, what's worth buying, where the real risks sit, and how to ship it without losing control. Engagements range from a single conversation through to focused project work.
